Shipping Policy

At StageToSuccess, we provide leadership and communication coaching services in both online and in-person formats. As our offerings are service-based and not physical products, the term "shipping" applies to the delivery of:

  • Digital content (e.g., resources, workbooks, recordings)

  • Access to live or recorded sessions

  • Event passes or workshop invitations

Digital Deliveries

  • Access links for online sessions, webinars, or workshops will be sent via email to the registered email address provided during enrollment.

  • Digital resources and materials will be shared either via email or through our secure online platforms.

Event/Workshop Access

  • In-person workshop details, including venue and timing, will be shared at least 48 hours before the event.

  • For online events, Zoom/Google Meet/Webinar links will be sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Delivery Timelines

  • For immediate digital products (like e-books or recorded content), delivery will occur within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • For coaching or workshop access, timelines will follow the scheduled program dates.
