4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to join sessions on time and complete any pre-work or assignments given.

• StageToSuccess is not responsible for missed sessions due to client delays or technical issues on the client’s side.

5. Rescheduling & Changes

• StageToSuccess reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions, with prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of rescheduling, alternate dates will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we are committed to helping you improve your communication and leadership skills, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as success depends on your active participation and practice.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai.
